How much does shipping cost?

CBD Terminal is proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders. Priority mail and next day mail available at additional cost.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team directly at info@CBDTerminal.com. In most cases, a return label will be provided and a replacement sent out.

Free returns on unopened items within 15 days of purchase. To make a return contact our customer service team directly at info@CBDTerminal.com

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and returned to inventory, you will receive an email notifying that your return has been received. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
